24 3/4in. nitro barrel engraved 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND. 13, BRUTON STREET, LONDON.', the knox form engraved with the calibre designation, block-mounted open sights and folding leaf sight, inlaid sight lines and marked with 50, 200, 175 and 350, ramp-mounted bead fore-sight with folding protector hood, partially matted receiver ring, the receiver side-mounted with a Zeiss Diavari V 2,5-10x50 T* telescopic sight, serial no. 2934376, in quickly-detachable mounts, the rear ring engraved 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND NO. 3740', floral engraved recoil blocks, hinged straddle floorplate engraved '4 CARTRIDGE'S' with push button release, well-figured pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece and monte carlo comb, colour-hardened steel pistolgrip-cap (with trap), sling swivels, 14in. pull including 5/8in. leather covered recoil pad, weight 7lb. 14oz. (unscoped) and 9lb. 5oz. (with scope), with a universal case
Provenance: The makers have kindly confirmed that this rifle was completed in October 1972 as a 'best quality 7mm remington magnum magazine F.N. action rifle' for 'Casciano'
